Everything usually ships within one business day after you order. Sometimes two or maybe three days if I am very busy.
All packaging is new.
I will take LPs out of their jackets to prevent seam damage when shipping, including opening shrinkwrap in order to do so.
Return Policy
I have been sending and receiving CDs, records, and shirts by mail all over the world for nearly 20 years. I know as well as anyone that sometimes things do not go as planned. In my experience it is only one or two packages a year, so I don't have a return/refund policy as such, but the customers and I have always been able to work something out.
